This policy applies to the Android game Sea Empire (package names com.blueplop.seaempire – the free version with ads and an optional in-app purchase, and com.blueplop.seaempireadfree – Sea Empire (AdFree), the paid full version without ads and without in-app purchases), published by ANDAP soft, s.r.o., trading as BluePlop ("we", "us"). It explains what information is processed when you play the game and who is responsible for it.
1. Short summary
- We do not run any server for the game and we do not collect, store or sell your personal data ourselves. There are no user accounts.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- The game uses services of Google (Google Play Games, Google Play Billing and, in the free version, Google AdMob). These services process some data under Google's own privacy policy, described below.
2. Data stored on your device
The game saves your settings (sound, difficulty, speed), game progress (completed maps, best times, number of ships built) and the information whether you have made the in-app purchase. This data stays in the private storage of the app on your device and is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
3. Google Play Games
The game can sign you in to Google Play Games to unlock achievements and submit your score to a leaderboard. If you sign in, Google processes your Play Games profile (your player name and avatar, achievements, leaderboard scores) according to the Google Privacy Policy. Your achievements and scores, including your player name, may be visible to other players on the leaderboard. We receive no personal data from this. You can manage or delete your Play Games data in the Google Play Games app and in your Google Account settings.
4. Advertising (free version only)
The free version shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and approximate location derived from the IP address, and they may use cookies or similar technologies. Whether ads are personalised depends on your choice and on the rules of your region.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions, the game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time (if a privacy-options entry is shown) or by resetting the advertising ID in your Android settings.
- You can limit personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads) and manage them at myadcenter.google.com.

The paid full version contains no ads, no advertising code and no in-app purchases. Players who make the in-app purchase in the free version no longer see ads.
5. Purchases (free version)
The free version offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full version and removes ads. The paid full version contains no in-app purchases. The purchase is carried out entirely by Google Play. We do not see or store your payment details. The game only asks Google Play whether you own the purchase. In addition, the game checks locally on your device whether the paid full version of Sea Empire is installed (it does not read any data from it) so that existing buyers do not pay twice.
6. Permissions
- Internet and network state – needed for ads, Google Play Games and purchases.
- Prevent device from sleeping – keeps the screen on during the game.
- Advertising ID (free version) – used by Google AdMob as described above.
7. Children
The game is not designed for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents who find that a child has provided personal data to Google services in the game can contact us or use the controls of the Google Account.
8. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, there is nothing stored with us to access or delete. For data processed by Google (ads, Play Games, purchases) you can exercise your rights – including access, correction, deletion and objection under the GDPR – with Google through your Google Account and the links above. 9. Changes
We may update this policy when the game or the rules change. The current version is always available on this page; the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
